We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note that some conditions apply and not all products are eligible for returns.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. In its original shipping box and packing material.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. We’ll send you a return shipping label with instructions. Packages must be taken to an authorized drop-off location.
Customers who ship to Canada are responsible for return shipping costs on orders that were originally delivered to Canada.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once we receive the return package in good condition we will issue a refund for the amount of the product and tax to the original method of payment.
All shipping charges on purchases are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order within 24 hours of receiving your order and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. We will replace the damaged merchandise as quickly as possible.
After an item has been delivered, the customer is responsible for return freight fees and restocking fees. Packages must be taken to an authorized drop-off location.
All returns incur a 20% restocking fee and return freight is at the customer's expense.
